2006 ALREADY......
Curved screen CHALLENGE. Projector, curved mirror onto curved
screen. Not as simple as it may seem, lot's of adjustments.....
as of this writing I'm still putzing around with it...
The curved frame comes in two sections, together it's 155
degrees. This will be a THREE projector setup, each will
cover about 52 degrees of the screen.
The mirror: a piece of plastic, covered with MYLAR Mirror
film.

I got the screen frame back from Charlie. The genius figured
a way to make it work:) Fits wonderfully and speaker stands.
You're looking at one section of two. Two sections will go
around to 155 degrees.

Notice the projector platform, it's movable. I have two other
ones like it. So the setup is designed for 3 projectors.

This is the mirror that will be placed above the shell. Two
angle aluminum used on each end as braces, then wire tension
to curve mirror. The adjustment will different at the top
and bottom because of different curviture required to match
screen. What's not shown is, the Mylar mirror film that will
be placed on the front of the plastic and then wraped and
held by the braces.

Got the mirror in place on top of the shell. I'm using the
same type adjusters to angle the mirror as the curvature.
BTW this is temporary untill I know for sure this method will
work.

Wide view from the back. Lot's of temporary stuff here....
I taped an old screen material to test with, just to see what
the image looks like. At this point it seems I have to raise
the screen about 6 inches move the projector toward the screen.
Lot's of adjustments:(
